Lifetime is with reference to the longevity of New Earth. Should New Earth for any reason cease to exist, your Lifetime package also ceases to exist. 

Only listings which meet certain criteria relevant to their category will be verified and receive a verification badge. The verification process can take anything from 7 days to 60 days, depending on the volume of new listings received. 

Only verified listers are allowed to post events and articles.

All images used on New Earth’s social media pages, are free to use images, with the majority supplied by Freepik and Pixabay. New Earth may from time to time post verified Listings/Events/Articles on its social media pages. As to which listings are featured on New Earth’s social media pages, is at the sole discretion of New Earth. 

From time-to-time New Earth may add new filters to the various categories. It is up to the lister to check if new filters have been added and to update their listing should the new filters be relevant to their listing.

Listers can cancel their listing at any point. However, please note that no refunds will be provided when cancelling your listing. Should your listing receive numerous complaints, bad reviews or is inappropriate, New Earth may remove your listing without any notice and without a refund. 

You agree to indemnify and hold New Earth, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

New Earth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be effective upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
